Teresa Foss
Owner
Teresa Foss is the owner of DC Elite Image and Teresa Foss Beauty as well as a published makeup artist and image consultant. Currently, Teresa lives between Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and New York City.
With over 20 years in the fashion and beauty industry, including make-up artistry, luxury apparel and jewelry merchandising, styling, modeling, and fashion/beauty journalism, Teresa is constantly working on perfecting her craft and has trained directly with iconic celebrity makeup artists such as Mario Dedivanovic, Patrick Ta, Roque Cozzette, and Lottie. Teresa has her BA in Fashion Merchandising from Marymount University and her makeup certification from Graham Webb Academy.
Teresa’s passion and flair for fashion and makeup develped from a very early age. Being a shy person growing up and moving frequently as an Air Force brat, it was difficult for her to adjust to so many different environments and new people. The one thing that stayed constant for her was the first visual impression that people had of her. Every time she moved to a new city and started at a new school, Teresa always wanted to look her best and be memorable. Her sense of style boosted her confidence to be unique and make new friends no matter where she lived. Looking her best allowed her to appear confident regardless of her timidness.
After working as a matchmaker and dating coach for almost five years, Teresa found a huge part of coaching her clients was helping them achieve an image that is attractive to the opposite sex yet reflects their personal style and boosts their own self-esteem. This rewarding feeling of helping others acheive their own style nirvana sparked the idea of having her own business and DC Elite Image was born in 2013.
Today, Teresa has been recognized on Wedding Wire three years in a row with the Couples’ Choice Award and has over 100 five star ratings on various forums for her excellent service. Most recently, Teresa was honored in DC Modern Luxury’s Women of Style issue. Jacqui’s passion, creativity, and infectious energy has been felt across the globe. When she isn’t behind the chair at her busy salon PR Partners Downtown, she can be found doing hair for editorial shoots, NYFW, and tv shows such as Project Runway All Stars And Stacy Londons Love, Lust or Run.

Celthia Corsino
Senior Makeup Artist
Celthia Corsino has over 20 years of experience as a professional makeup artist, specializing in runway, television, studio photography, commercial, editorial, print, web advertising and bridal.
Celthia found her passion for art at an early age and loved to draw and paint. Makeup was a natural progression for her artistry.
Since then, she has worked for top makeup artistry lines such as Armani, YSL, Marc Jacobs, Tom Ford, Kevyn Aucoin, MAC, Trish McEvoy, and Charlotte Tilbury. She worked at Neiman Marcus for over a decade and was selected to launch exclusive lines Shu Uemura and Le Métier de Beauté because of her excellent customer service and artistry skills.
Celthia continues to refine her craft, attending workshops by celebrity makeup artists such as the Creative Makeup Bootcamp by Yvonne Macinnis and Lijha Stewart, “Perfect Beauty” by Danessa Myricks and has trained with Erwin Gomez.

Angie Reyna is a self-taught makeup artist and entrepreneur. Her love for makeup began at a young age when she always gravitated towards the vibrant hued lipsticks. Angie has been working as an artist part time for the past seven years. Four years ago she received her makeup artistry and airbrushing certification from Graham Webb Academy in order to further her career in the beauty industry.
Angie recently received her Esthetics license and will graduate in Spring of 2020 with her Masters in Esthetics. Expanding her knowledge of the beauty industry is something she is passionate about, growing & learning along the way to make each experience with her clients a unique one
After finishing her makeup certification from Graham Webb, Angie began asssiting Teresa on photo shoots, fashion shows, and bridal parties. Assisting has been a great learning experience for her as well as attending Master Class by celebrity artist Mario Dedivanovic in 2016. Today, Angie mainly focuses on natural, special event, and bridal makeup, but also has love for editorial makeup, a genre she enjoys to challenge her creative mind.
Angie’s makeup philosophy allows the beauty from within to surface and enhance individuality that sets each client apart. Her passion drives her desire to make each of her clients look as good as they feel. Having the ability to bring confidence to her clients, whatever the occasion, is the most rewarding part of the beauty industry for Angie.
Angela French
Hair Stylist
Meet “Phrenchie” a 20 year veteran in the hair industry specializing in bridal & all hair textures. She is known to be dedicated and well rounded with providing excellent services to patrons.
Some of her work have been featured in various magazines, television, editorial shoots, fashion runways with top models of today as well as future “Brides To Be”. Her skill set has various ranges from updo styling to braiding, texture management, color enhancements and the latest cuts and trendy styles. Her creative and unique skills have developed over the years through continued education. She has even collaborated on projects with various celebrity hair artists from all over the world.
For the past six years, she’s accomplished one of her dream goals of being a Platform Artist with the Mizani hair brand a L’Oreal professional line. Phrenchie continues to set a high standard in her craft of hair styling. Her greatest reward is seeing the smiles on each individuals face after their services are complete.
Sharon Macorol Espedal
Makeup Artist
Sharon Macorol is a professional makeup artist with over 15 years of experience. She was first introduced to the cosmetics world through Shiseido in Macy’s department store. Sharon moved on to Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and stayed in Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus department stores for almost 9 years. She specializes in weddings, headshot, family portrait, commercial, TV, runway, and print but she challenges herself with edgy and creative makeup projects.
The arts has always been Sharon’s interest. She has an Associates Degree in Photography from Northern Virginia Community College but she developed a passion for makeup artistry when she experienced the colorful world of cosmetics. Currently, Sharon is a resident makeup artist at Princeps Studio.
Teaching clients to become their own makeup and skincare experts is close to Sharon’s heart. Being a Beauty Guide from LimeLife by Alcone and a freelance makeup artist with Marc Jacobs, It Cosmetics, Estee Lauder and The BrowGal, enables her to fulfill her desire to give her clients the confidence in their own makeup skills and most of all, in their beauty, inside and out.
Some of Sharon’s clients have included Toy Box Productions, CTR Management Group, and Humane Rescue Alliance. Sharon was also a part of Karma Erwin Gomez makeup team for 28th and 30th Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards and Rene Moawad Foundation Annual Gala 2018.

Sarah Khan is a professional artist raised in the Virginia area. She attended George Mason University for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Post graduate school, Sarah pursued a career in federal acquisitions and transitioned into the beauty industry six years ago. Sarah received her makeup artistry and airbrushing certification from Graham Webb Academy when she initially started in the beauty industry. Sarah is continuously growing as an artist by attending workshops and hands-on courses for creatives internationally.
Sarah’s aesthetic is to enhance and create classic and timeless beauty looks for her clients. Sarah has worked for the following makeup artistry lines: Shesido, Hourglass Cosmetics, Laura Mercier and Charlotte Tilbury to further hone her artistry and stay abreast of the latest makeup trends and techniques. Currently, Sarah is a Charlotte Tilbury artist and Sephora brand trainer in the DC area.
In Sarah’s spare time, she loves to paint landscapes and travel.
